1. Hastings Village Pasadena, California
Hastings Village is a new 300,000 sq. ft. shopping center built by The ARBA Group. Cypress Retail Group represented the developer on the land sale and completed the leasing of the project. Anchor tenants include: Best Buy, Chicks Sporting Goods, PETsMART, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ross Dress For Less, and Ulta Cosmetics. |

2. Hastings Ranch Shopping Center NEC of Rosemead and Foothill Boulevard, Pasadena, California
This 135,000 sq. ft. center was rehabbed by The ARBA Group and then re-tenanted by Robert Walsh. One of the premier centers in Pasadena, tenants include Whole Foods, Vromans Books, Aaron Brothers, Rite-Aid, Starbucks, Wells Fargo and AT&T Wireless. |

3. Northgate Center SWC Westlake Boulevard and Thousand Oaks Boulevard, Thousand Oaks, California
10-acre shopping center site negotiated for purchase on behalf of Dollinger Properties and leased by Cypress Retail Group for a 100,000-square-foot center which opened Summer 1997 and was 100% pre-leased prior to start of construction. Anchored by Bed, Bath & Beyond, Urban Home and Ethan Allen Furniture. Assisted in the design and approval process on behalf of developer with city and area homeowners. |

4. Northpark Shopping Center NEC McBean Parkway and Decoro Drive, Santa Clarita, California
Ralphs-anchored neighborhood center which was developed by Newhall Land and Farming Company and opened in Fall 1996. Cypress Retail Group pre-leased 90% of Phase I of the project prior to construction being completed. Phase I consisted of approximately 13,000 square feet of shop space and the leasing was completed within two months of the centers completion at and above pro-forma base rents. |

5. Bouquet Canyon Plaza NWC Bouquet Canyon and Newhall Ranch Road, Santa Clarita, California
14-acre site which Bob Haas sold to Dollinger Properties from Newhall Land and Farming for a 200,000 sq. ft. shopping center. Bob assisted in the design process. Bob leased 95% of the first phase of development before construction began. |

6. Stevenson Ranch Plaza Stevenson Ranch, California
Stevenson Ranch Plaza is a 150,000-square-foot shopping center anchored by Ralphs, Petsmart and Steinmart. Cypress Retail Group assisted in the leasing of this center including all shop space. |

7. Trader Joe's La Canada, California
Approximately 40,000 square feet in downtown La Canada anchored by Trader Joes, Petco, Aaron Brothers, Blockbuster and Starbucks. |

8. AMC Entertainment Village Burbank, California
Burbank Entertainment Village is a 126,000 square foot project leased by Cypress in Downtown Burbank. In addition to an 89,000 square foot AMC Theatre, co-tenants include Macaroni Grill, Chipotle Mexican Grill, and Coldstone Creamery. |

9. The Shops at the Alhambra NWC Fremont & Mission, Alhambra, California
The Shops at the Alhambra is a 37,000 square foot shopping center developed by the Ratkovich Company. It's located across from the Alhambra office campus with one million square feet of rentable space. Cypress Retail Group assisted in the leasing of the is center. The center is anchored by an approximate 98,497 square foot Kohl's department store. Shop tenants include Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Subway, Pick Up Stix, Red Brick Pizza, Nextel, Moe's Southwest Grill, and Energy First Credit Union.

10. The Bed Bath & Beyond Center Ventura, California
The Bed Bath & Beyond Center is a center newly acquired and rehabbed by Dollinger Properties. Cypress Retail Group represented Dollinger Properties in the acquisition and releasing of the center as well as the sale of a newly built pad opportunity within the center. Anchor tenants include Bed Bath & Beyond and Trek Bicycles adjacent to a freestanding Target.

11. Gardena Marketplace Gardena, California
Gardena Marketplace is a 100,000 square foot shopping center constructed by Gardena Marketplace LLC on approximately 10.25 acres.The center is anchored by an Alberstons/Sav-on Drugs combo-store, Blockbuster, Burger King, Starbucks, Quiznos, Papa Johns, Cingular and GNC. Cypress Retail Group was responsible for the leasing of the entire center, which is currently 100% occupied. |
